I would love your help with my next book
I’m currently writing my next book, on Sustainable Success and how organisations can achieve it without burning out their people.
A core focus of the book is how burnout is usually a systems problem, not a people problem.
I’m looking to interview leaders, executives, and professionals who are willing to talk honestly about the organisational systems that shaped their experience of success.
I’m particularly interested in stories and experiences that explore:
How strategy, priorities, and decision-making were designed (or not)
Workloads, pace, and expectations that became unsustainable
Communication, leadership norms, and “how things really get done”
What changed when systems were redesigned — not just behaviours
I’m interested primarily in your lived experience of how systems either supported or undermined achieving success.
Interviews will be confidential (unless you're happy to be named). Your insights will help challenge the narrative that the solution is simply “do more self-care”.
If you’re open to contributing, or know someone whose experience would add depth to this conversation, you can book a time in my calendar HERE.
I'm also happy to jump on a quick call if you want to chat before committing.
Love Mel xx
